Exhibitor Information

Exhibitors - We are excited to hold the 2025 Missouri Event Summit. The Event Summit includes educational sessions and a trade show. We are limited to only 30 exhibitors and do expect to run out of exhibit booths, so please register early.

If you need a sleeping room, the Stoney Creek Hotel has provided a room block at a discounted rate. Click here for more information.

All exhibitors must be a member of MSAE or Missouri Travel Alliance. We will verify membership status. Individuals within a booth should be with the organization paying for the booth space.

Details:

First Booth - $350, additional booth, $325
Exhibitors are asked to provide a basket/giveaway item for the drawing at the end of the day.
Exhibitors are limited to 3 people per booth. Additional people can attend for $30/person with a maximum of 5 per booth
You must be an exhibitor to purchase a sponsorship opportunity.
Booths must be paid for in advance of August 8.

Sponsorship Opportunities: (Must be an exhibitor to purchase a sponsorship)

Food Sponsor - Limit of 5 - $500

Food sponsors will have signage displayed at the food stations in the exhibit hall.

Beverage Sponsor - Limit 1 - $500

The beverage sponsor will have signage displayed at the beverage station/bar in the exhibit hall.

Educational Session Sponsor - Limit 3 - $200 (1 sold, 2 remaining)

Educational Sessions Sponsors will be announced at the beginning of each educational session.

Program Sponsor - Limit 1 - $300 (SOLD)

The program will include the agenda for the day and the exhibitor card that will be used to collect exhibitor signatures for the end of day drawing. Your logo will be included on the program.

Bag Sponsor - Limit 1 - (SOLD)
This sponsorship is pretty simple, you just bring enough bags for the attendees of the tradeshow. We expect to need no more than 100 bags. We prefer the bags to be larger cloth bags.

Name Badge Holder/Lanyard Sponsor - Limit 1 - Your provide the name badge holders and lanyards

If you have name badge holders with a lanyard attached and your logo on it, then this is a great sponsorship for you. If you don't already have them on hand, go ahead and order them and have your logo around the neck of all Event Summit participants! We expect to need 100-150 badge holders. MSAE will provide the inserts with the participant names.
